Great success at DUC D’ALBE 2023.
WOW - What great proof of foiling sea-worthiness in die-hard conditions at Duc d‘Albe

Yesterday First place 🥇
in the Foiling Boats division - today 2nd overall races 🥈.
65 had teams registered for this year’s edition. Very strong winds, gusting 30kts.
🌪️(measured, not estimated) and a built sea state of up to 3m brought everybody to the limit and beyond. Watch out for the hot videos that will be published soon
. Upwind foiling was fantastic on my iFLY RAZZOR with mainfoil differential. Passing so many boats… Downwind was very tricky, especially on one tack, as the huge waves did not come in the direction of the wind. Did some nice stunts. So thankful for the great flight stabilization on iFLY, otherwise would not have been able to fly in those conditions. Today’s race was 2-3 hours long, sailing a long distance in front of Porquerrolles Island. At the end, I missed 1st place by 4min 33’. Pitty. as I reached the starting line 5min late, due to replacing a part that had broken on land…. The speed potential of RAZZOR is clearly fast enough to win.

iFLY Foil Coaching - The fun never ends as you enjoy the moment and the thrill of speed while flying above the water’s surface.
New iFLY owner with no trapeze and only little sail experience only on bigger yachts so far:
First he is doing trapeze training on land. On the first sailing day, he sailed double and it was a great start to an amazing adventure. He is now feeling self-confident while foiling. On the third day, he starts to learn tacking and gybing, and by the last day, he is really getting wild and the rib can’t keep up with him anymore…
